I did my complete workout yesterday. 6 miles running outdoors, 120 sit-ups, 60 push-ups and 32 pull-ups.
Today, I ran a treadmill workouts of 6 miles, with .33 repeats, followed by .33 recovery at 7 mph (8.5 minute miles). Each .33 was 8.1, 8.2., 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6 and the final 8.7 and 8.8 were .25 miles.
100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups and 18 pull-ups. Note that when I did this workout on Monday, my heart rate was 161 at the finish. Today, it was only 156, so that is a good sign. Also, my weight has dropped from 182 to 176.
It's only been 10 days, but already I feel some improvement.
