The first weigh-in of the 2008 weight loss challenge was today. I've lost 2 pounds from last Wednesday. My starting weight was 182, was a 179.6 today.

My plan is to do some core training at lunch (situps, push-ups and pull-ups) and then run home from work the long way, about six miles.
